Options like "Black Text on glass" shouldn't be necessary; it should be automatic, and based on how dark the glass color is. I would propose storing the 'TaskbarColor' as a number 0-100 (100 being pure white)
Then within the skin;
If (TaskbarColor >50)
[use black font, and black dividers]

Also I believe your 'windows 8' theme should have the 'black buttons on glass' option fused into the 'Black text on glass' as its somewhat confusing/unnecessary
and the 'white sub-menus' option is kind of pointless when the menu defaults to a light beige otherwise (I would suggest replacing it with; 'Glass colored sub-menus'

The option 'All columns are same size' could probably say same width (unless this text is pulled from windows, and would otherwise cause translation errors to change)

"All columns are same width" is a better description, I agree.
