I am wondering if you could please include the Offline Files and Recycle Bin options in the Start Menu's Customize Tab list? I have looked up the KNOWNFOLDERID for them. They are FOLDERID_ConflictFolder and FOLDERID_RecycleBinFolder respectively.

You can easily add them as custom items. Add a new custom item, open its properties, click on the Link's browse button (the one with [...]) and select any folder you want. You can leave the Command, Icon and Label blank.

Add a Custom item to the Start Menu from the Customize Start Menu tab. Double click its icon and in the Link field, specify this:

For the Recycle Bin:
shell:::{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

For Offline Files folder:
shell:::{AFDB1F70-2A4C-11d2-9039-00C04F8EEB3E}

You can make it show as a menu or as a link. For Classic style, if you don't want it to display as a menu, check the 'Don't expand' checkbox. For Windows 7 style, click OK to close the Edit Menu Item dialog and change the Display column as required.
