This is a feature that is an annoying change from Win7 to Win8. The icons on the desktop when you move your mouse over them, get highlighted just on mouseover. In file explorer, files gets highlighted and in control panel, the list of items get highlighted as you mouse over them. This is new behavior. Can it be disabled? Coud this be an option to include in Classic settings? THANKS |

It can't be disabled because in Windows 8, the Classic theme that was there in all previous versions of Windows has been removed. |
