This feature is extremely useful; i.e., when I want to keep a calculator on top of another windows.

Can you please integrate this feature in the next coming version?

Sorry, Classic Shell has no control over other applications.

You might be interested in the free TurboTop tool which allows you to do this: http://winaero.com/blog/always-on-top-t ... powermenu/ There is also PowerMenu but it only works with 32-bit apps.
