If i have installed the latest version of the excellent classic shell, I would like to know if the announcements of having win 10 available for my computers, will pop up or not????

Windows 10 update announcements depend on the updates that are delivered by Microsoft via Windows Update and have nothing to do with whether Classic Shell is installed or not.
