Please add Command Line switch for Load settings from file
and automating selection of style in first run of ClassicStartMenu

All per-user Classic Shell settings are stored in the Registry at HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ and settings that affect all users are stored at HKLM\Software\IvoSoft. You can simply export the reg from either of these registry branches and merge the reg files later using Regedit /s "Path To file.reg" to automatically load settings.

For a single user account which is currently logged in, create a DWORD value called "ShowedStyle2" in HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu and set it to 1 to suppress the automatic selection of style.

For the HKLM branch (which affects all users), to suppress the initial opening of the settings, create a new string value MenuStyle_Default in HKLM\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu and set it to "Classic1", "Classic2" or "Win7" depending on which style you want to be the default.

You must exit the Start Menu before merging the regs using "C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ClassicStartMenu.exe" -exit and then after merging the REGs, start it again. If you merge the regs before installing for the first time, you won't have to restart Classic Start Menu, it will read those settings.
