In the available buttons for the toolbar you offer "Open". It would be helpful to have also a button "Open with" |

'Open with' is easily possible with a custom command. Add a Custom Command by scrolling to the bottom of the right column on the "Toolbar Buttons" tab and dragging the Custom command to the left. Position it wherever you want and then double click it. In the Command field enter: rundll32.exe shell32.dll,OpenAs_RunDLL %2 Enter the Label as 'Open with...' and an icon of your choice, both optional. Note that it will only work for a single selected file. Let me know if it works for you.
