If we send someone to get classic shell start menu
the home page picture should be with the windows 8.1 start menu icon
the shell is... well...

I agree. Microsoft should have no problem with a screenshot of Windows 8.1's Start button and the Classic Start Menu (even though they had a problem with shipping the Windows logo image as part of the installer).
