> sfc /scannow is only useful for restoring system files.
Yup. Yes, It Is only useful for restoring system files.
> Classic Shell does not touch system files to break anything. It installs a DLL addon for IE. So if that DLL is uninstalled, IE should revert to original behavior.
More Useful Information. Again, thank you. I understand situation deeper.
> System Restore will help you troubleshoot the issue. It will revert the registry and program files to a state before the program was installed without affecting other data. Try reverting using System Restore to a point before Classic Shell was installed. Then try if IE works. If it still doesn't work, then something else broke IE.
No, I don't have any needs in System Restore. sfc /scannow = 100% Restoration of IE10.
> If it works, then try installing the Classic IE component again and see if it breaks again. That will confirm it. Also, if you get any error message in the Event Log's (eventvwr.exe) in the Windows Logs -> Application log category about IE and some DLL, please post it here.
That confirmed it already.

When I begin this discussion, I already knew it.
But: It's not trouble that comes from _Classic IE_. From _Classic Shell_. Classic Shell Installed Without Classic IE = IE10 can't start process. I don't need Classic IE at all; only Classic Shell.
