When I click by mouse right button on the icon of external drive,
I am getting error message "Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library":Runtime Error: Program c:\windows\explorer.exeAny idea on how to fix this problem?

Capture a crash dump as shown in the link in the "Forum rules".
In this particular case open a command prompt, type "procdump explorer.exe" (don't press Enter)
right-click on a drive to get the error
Click on the command prompt and press Enter
Do this 3 times, zip the dmp files and attach them here.
