I don't understand how is it related to Classic Shell.
It is just a Start menu to launch stuff. You should contact the developer of Fidelity Active trader Pro for touch keyboard incompatibility.

Just downloaded Classic Shell from your site on my new Lenovo Yoga and when I open Fidelity Active trader Pro, my keyboard will not pop up (in Tablet Mode). It works in other programs, but stopped working for this one. |
