Just downloaded 4.3 on install I failed at Allow installer to close Windows Explorer, after a couple of attemps I had to Ctl Alt Delet to restart. This is on my Asus G75VW Windows 8.1 Pro. My screen was blank with the exceptions of my gadgets |

Sometimes Explorer fails to restart properly during uninstall. You can either help the installer by killing Explorer manually, or simply log off and log in after the install. |

Yes, installed on one of my Windows 10 Pro computers. Selected not to allow the installer to close Windows Explorer, which mean I selected to restart after the install. Installed with no issues. So back to my notebook and did the same thing installed no problem. I can't help but to think that the 8 Gadget pack My Gadgets not closing is what caused the hick up with allowing the installer to close all programs? |
