I have noticed this on more than 20 computers so far, under folder options in Windows there is a checkbox called "Launch new windows in separate process". If that is UNCHECKED then Windows eventually freezes with Classic Shell installed. You should add this to the installer process to make sure that box gets checked.

No; We should solve the issue that causes the crash; rather than forcing a setting on users :P
If your willing to help, by capturing a crash dump, we (Ivo) can try to find out exactly why its crashing and solve the real issue

@tphelps19, which build/version of Windows 10 is this and 32-bit or 64-bit? Also as Jcee said if you can capture a crash dump as per the instructions here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6 the cause of the crash can be determined.
