I have a new installation of Win 10 on a 64b HP p2-1334 computer. I was unable to get the quick launch toolbar to work properly. After kicking off the QL toolbar I couldn't drag it to the left on the taskbar and also clicking on icons in the QL toolbar did nothing. I uninstalled Classic Shell 4.2.4 and then was able to drag the QL toolbar to the left. Clicking on icons in the QL toolbar launched them. Reinstalling CS 4.2.4 the QL toolbar remained left on the taskbar, but clicking on the icons in the QL toolbar didn't launch them. |

Do you have any other Start Menu replacement also installed like StartIsBack? I tried enabling Quick Launch on Windows 10 with Classic Start Menu running and didn't face any issues. Classic Shell should not normally affect the rest of the Taskbar except for adding a Start button to it. As long as the Taskbar is unlocked, QL should be draggable. |
