Post subject:  How to disable active corners

I been using classic shell for a few weeks now, it is wonderful!! However, my one issue is trying to disable the active corners. I go to windows 8 settings and disable all active corners, it works for a few minutes and then they come back...they are driving me NUTS!! Am I missing something?? I'm using the most current version. Thanks.

Do you have any other program that also disables hot corners that may be interfering? Also, if you are using a laptop, the touchpad drivers may have enabled swipe gestures for Charms. If you wish to disable them, look in your Mouse Control Panel: http://i.imgur.com/1ZUtn.png

As an alternative, try this manual method of disabling them from the registry: http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-disable- ... windows-8/ or download Winaero's Skip Metro Suite which disables the hot corners permanently till you restart.

You can also try Winaero Charms Killer: http://winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.219 instead of Skip Metro Suite.
