I backtracked through a minor change I made to ATNSoft's Key Manager v1.11. Removing the change solved the problem.

Win7 uses Win+<combinations of arrow and shift+arrow keys> to control window sizes. After Microsoft's last Download Tuesday, IE-11 started losing *all* WinKey presses to Classic Shell. That is, Classic Shell grabs all WinKey presses, but only from IE-11; while leaving WinKey+<key combinations> alone for all other apps I have. I'm thinking this is an IE-11 quirk, not a Classic Shell bug, because I did not see this problem until the last Microsoft Patch Tuesday. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I would surely appreciate some advice on the best way to fix it. |
