The taskBar and Start Menu pop up whenever it wants. It does not matter what I'm doing it will pop up and I have to click it off.It comes up even when I'm watching a video.I can't find a fix in any of the help material.Please help,I was so happy to find a fix to the other desktop offered in Win 8.1 and now this one has gone rogue,,,HELP!! Thanks

The Classic Shell Start Menu should not normally open on its own. Have you set it to open by hover? Or maybe your system is infected by malware which is sending keystrokes.

What do you mean by Taskbar pops up? Have you set it to auto hide?
