Just install C/S in W10.
Found that while in C/S menu clicking the StartScreen not working, but it is working well when this pinned in the TaskBar.

Which version of Classic Shell are you using on Windows 10? Upgrade to the latest Classic Shell version. Also, make sure that no other Start Menu replacement program is installed on Windows 10 while you are using Classic Shell.
