Duno if i missed this 'bug' as i haven't been giving metro much of a chance (and i would like to), or something i installe/changed is causing it.

The metro screen seems to always open on the monitor it was opened last (via moving the mouse to the bottom corner), rather than the monitor its opened on (via shift+rightclick on the start button icon)

I spent a day trying to get the start screen to open on another monitor. I was partially successful but it didn't work for the file search and the setting search. Some of the screen elements moved and others didn't.

I'm sure there's a solution because other programs manage to do it. I just don't know the secret.

update: what about trying to re-enable hotcorners, and forcing the mouse to click the bottom corner on the screen they hit the button on?

Btw Win+PageUp or Win+PageDown switches "Metro" between monitors. And I observed it moves even if it is not open. For example if Metro is open on one monitor, then we click Desktop tile on that monitor, then click Win+Page Down, and hit Shift+Win again (assuming Shift+Win is set to open the Start screen), Metro opens on the 2nd monitor.

Windows 8.1 ('Blue') is again expected to make multi-monitor changes.
