Hi there! Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section. I would love to use this program, but it looks like I'm unable to install it.

When I run the installer, it freezes at "Preparing to install..." and doesn't go past that. I've tried redownloading the program, running it as an administrator and in compatibility mode (Windows 7 and Windows 8) but that doesn't seem to change anything. Is there anything I can do to make this install? Thank you.

Do you have an older version of Classic Shell already installed? If so, try to uninstall it manually from the Programs and Features window, then reboot, then install the latest.

Nope, I'm trying to install it on my fresh Windows 10 install :(
