Post subject:  Huge icons on monitor

Hi I'm not sure if this is a problem with Classic Shell or my monitor. I hooked up an older monitor through a HDMI to DVI connector and now the icons on my main display are huge. It looks pretty silly. The main monitor is set at 1920x1080 while my laptop monitor is set at 3200x1800. Is there any way to make the desktop icons smaller?

Classic Shell does nothing with the desktop. Possibly your connector makes the monitor report a weird DPI setting. Take a look at the display settings.

Right click the Desktop -> View -> Small icons.

Also, make sure your display's native resolution is set and DPI is correct as Ivo said.

Desktop is not modified by Classic Shell.
