System context: - Windows 8.1 - Running in Parallels on OS X - Classic Shell 4.2.1 When performing selects in the Classicshell-modified Windows Explorer, the shift and control keys are not properly working for me. Maddeningly, some of the time (maybe half) it acts as though the modifying key has not been pressed, making it virtually impossible to do multiple file selections. Uninstalling Classic Shell removes this problem. I did first try to disable the explorer extensions using a procedure recommended here (Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage add-ons, then disabling the 3 classic explorer add-ons) but that did not fix the problem. |
