I installed Classic Shell and the touchscreen on my Dell XPS 15 immediately stopped working. I uninstalled it and it works again. Reinstall and stops working. I love your product and have used it on 3 other laptops with no problems. But there is some conflict with the Dell XPS. Please help me resolve so I can have Classic Shell AND my touchscreen. |

Classic Start Menu has a setting to disable touch features. Try disabling it and see if your touchscreen works again? |
