Hi, I just found this while researching my own msvcr100.dll explorer crashing issues...

Is it easy to ascertain the cause? (a site jedi in the linked thread identified synergy as the culprit on that occasion... I've used synergy forever, wonder if it's started conflicting).

How do I get the appropriate .dmp for expert analysis?

My issue appear to affect some (but not all) windows explorer addresses, where .msi / .exe files are present (but not always!)

Any suggestion most welcome!

running windows 7 x64

You need to capture crash dumps using the instructions at the top of this page.
