| I have downloaded the 'Classic shell' and tried to install. I have a message which states 'Compile error in hidden module AZwizardModule' What does it mean and how do I proceed from here to correctly install program?:? | |

| Classic Shell does not contain anything named "AZWizardModule". A quick web search suggests that it is part of MS Office. Try rebooting and then run the installer again. Also, where did you download Classic Shell from? | |

| This article might help for your error message: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/838675 Follow the steps in the 'Workaround' section of that article and look in the Word start-up folder and delete AZWizard. This module is related to MS Office and unrelated to Classic Shell. You may be getting the error because the same installation system - Windows Installer is used by both Classic Shell and Microsoft Office. Restarting Windows, deleting the incompatible add-in and then trying to install Classic Shell again might work as Ivo said. | |

| I recently posted a report about ' Compile error in hidden module AZwizardmodule'. This message keeps popping up when computer is in use. Why? Why? does this report not get a response from firm rather than relying on someone one the forum to pick it up? Can any one give me an answer or point me in the right direction?? | |
