I'm using a tool to give me a prompt before restarting or shuting down the pc, so for the Shut Down.. "Restart" item,
i used this command below, but it doesn't work..

"C:\Program Files\Tools\shutdown.exe" -s Reboot -i -f -l 30 -m “Are you sure you want to restart your system?”
or
C:\Program Files\Tools\shutdown.exe -s Reboot -i -f -l 30 -m “Are you sure you want to restart your system?”

Does it work when you run it from the command line?
Also check your quotes. They don't look like normal quotes to me

"C:\Program Files\Tools\shutdown.exe" -s reboot -i -f -l 30 -m "Are you sure you want to restart your system?"

All i had to do is remove "-i"

It's working fine now
