Your updater is deceiving my allowing updating to the new version with no license warning. This is in violation of your license, as I do not agree to upgrade with your terms of service without first having the source code. Your freeware proprietary version is still great software. But its license goes against my works policies. I do use the latest version at home. Please fix this as soon as you are able to! I would very much like to retract my comment on sourceforge!

I do not understand what you mean. The software's license agreement has nothing to do with the source code. It covers the binaries.

The source code (up to 3.6.8) comes with its own license agreement.
