How to make work "Change PC Settings" after I press the Windows 8.1 corner and "Settings". When I press, it opens but shuts up right away to be in the Toolbar, if I press it, it opens and closes right away and gos again in the toolbar as an icon. This stops me of upgrading to special utilities as the Store and many advantages. The Classic Shell is stopping all my normal ways to make Windows 8.1 features work.

Hold down Shift and click on the start button. This will open the Metro screen and you can access all of the new Windows 8.1 features. |

Still does fix my problem, try it yourself and try to open "Change PC Settings" |

Works for me. Something is preventing your PC settings from working. If you believe that something to be Classic Shell, try to temporarily uninstall it. |
