I've been already facing this problem on 2 computers (both ver 4.0.4 & Win 8.1 Eng installed). When I click the start button, the taskbar is freezing (see the attached screenshot), and basically all I'm left to do is to uninstall the program  Has anyone faced the problem? I can add the dumps later on, if needed..

Yes please capture a dump using procdump -n 10 -s 1 explorer.exe. |

Duplicate of our problem in thread ? How many programs do you have at startup ? |
