Within startmenu under accessories calculator is translated to the local language of windows(for me its slovak - kalkulačka).
But when I pin it: Pin to Start menu (Classic Shell)
in the pinned section it is named english: Calculator

This is because in the Accessories folder, the hidden desktop.ini file is present which contains the translated text to tell Explorer to show it in the local language instead of the actual name of the shortcut which is in English. No such file is present in the Start Menu folder when it gets pinned so the shortcut's actual name gets shown.

You should be able to rename the shortcut though to your language. :)

In Classic Shell 4.0.5, pinning a shortcut preserves the localized name from Desktop.ini if there is one.
