Win8.1 64 bit. Every time I shut down and turn on machine scroll position of programs is not remembered. tried both Win7 style and classic style. As long as I am logged in it remembers position. when machine rebots it forgets position. I request to make it remember scroll position across reboot. thanks in advance |
