Any idea why that would be? It doesn't actually hang, but it takes about 60 seconds for 3 items to load:

Use the link "How to capture crash dumps" above to capture a series of dumps while the menu stops responding. |

"procdump -n 10 -s 1 explorer.exe" i got: "Multiple processes match the specified name." does that mean the program didn't work? |

That means there are multiple processes named "explorer.exe". Log off, then log in and try again, but this time without opening any Explorer windows. |
