Any help would be appreciated. I don't know how to post a picture, but the error message says: The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2503. After clicking ok, I get a follow up error window that says the same thing but with error code 2502. This occurs immediately after giving the app permission to install. Thank you. |

Those are kind of generic errors. Here are few things you can try: 1) If you are upgrading from an older version, first uninstall it, reboot, then install the new version 2) Try running the installer as admin. This is not usually recommended but may work in your case. If you do that, then log off/log in as soon as possible 3) Use the l* option to save a log file: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#install_commands Examining the log file may provide some insight what operation is failing |
