I've noticed that there's a dead zone directly to the left of the minimize button on windows which is noticeable especially in Chrome with a full set of tabs open as you cannot drag the window. It occurs with all windows in the zone marked in blue as seen in the following picture.

1) I don't see the same thing (Windows 8, 64 bit). I can drag the Explorer window by clicking in your highlighted area. Maybe you have some software that manipulates the title bar of windows. 2) This is not related to Classic Shell in any way. http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#general_whatnot |
