| Post subject: | Touch Pad quit working |
I just purchased a new laptop with Windows 8 on it. I installed the classic shell. I now have to use a USB mouse. My touch pad works right up until I log into windows. Can someone please let me know how to correct this. |

Classic Shell should not affect any device. Right-click on the start button and choose exit. See if that fixes the touch pad. |
