When trying to download 4.0.2 I get IE message this page cannot be displayed
http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/latest

I was about to do a Win8.1 upgrade but needed to be sure I could get to the Download Page for ClassicShell
as the FAQs say I'll need to do a Repair !!

The link works for me. Try it a few more times.
You need to run Repair on the same installer you used before. Did you keep it?
