Hi! Classic Shell runs fine on the first desktop (from SysInternals). On the second desktop it shows up when I click the start button with the mouse. When I use the Windows key it does automatically return to the first desktop though. Can I avoid this behavior (switching to desktop one)? Thanks Tin |

Multiple desktops are not supported. Some people have had luck running it on Windows 7, but that's as far as it goes. Don't you get the same behavior without Classic Shell? I would expect the Win key to bring you to the start screen on the first desktop. |

The Win-Key brings you to the standard start screen of Windows 8. With classic start menu you stay on the desktop and get the start menu. But with multiple desktops you jump back to desktop one. But only when using the win key. Otherwise (using the mouse) you stay on the correct screen. |
