CSM 4.02 deleted

Desktop.lnk
Immersive Control Panel.lnk
Windows Store.lnk

after installation. Copying the links from a different W8Pro machine didn't do the trick, the Windows Store and the Immersive Control Panel are de-activated. Un-installing CSM 4.02 didn't help either. The last working version was CSM 3.95

Classic Start Menu hides the above mentioned links from "Programs" folder because they are already shown in the "Apps" folder (except the Desktop link). Can you try this? Right click the Start button and click Settings. In the Settings search box, search for the option "Hide app shortcuts" and uncheck it (The setting is on the Main Menu tab). See if the links return. They are most definitely not deleted by Classic Shell, only hidden as showing them in both Programs and Apps is redundant.
