Running 3.9.5 on Windows 8.1 Enterprise build 3600. Like the title says, choosing any search result causes a crash, 100% of the time, doesn't matter right click or left click.

I see it is crashing while it is about to start searching for files (already finished searching for programs and settings). If you don't click on anything, does it still crash? |

I think it did, because I remember having to select an option really quickly sometimes to avoid the crash. However, it also isn't crashing at all anymore. If I see it crashing reproducibly again, I'll make sure to explicitly check whether it crashes without a selection. |

The crash was because part of the search system failed to initialize. Maybe the indexing service was down. I can make it not crash in this case, but of course the search won't work. |
