After installing classic shell I have trouble in the control panel. the first time I go into contl panel after a reboot I try to type a word in the top right hand corner. so for example I may type "windows update". the bug is that I can type the letter "w" but then then the box freezes. it wont let me type any more. if we remove classic shell it all works fine |

This is a known old Windows bug AFAIK. The first time Control Panel opens and you search, it always happens. Anyways, Classic Shell doesn't affect Control Panel or its search functionality. |
