The option "Delay multiplier for the All Programs button" is visible under the "Main Menu" tab only when choosing "Windows 7 Style" in the "Start Menu Style" tab. However, this setting also affects the delay for the Programs menu in the "Classic" and "Classic with two columns" styles. It seems to me that this option should also be adjustable when these other two menu styles are selected. Currently, if I want to adjust it, I have to switch to the Windows 7 style, change the setting, then change back to the Classic menu.

The setting should not affect the Programs item. Programs is a regular menu item and should use the generic hover setting.

It seems to be affecting it in Classic styles too as I just tried it. I set it to 0 and Programs in Classic style is also opening instantly. Programs in Classic style should follow at the "Menu Delay" setting.
