Context:
Windows 10, ClassicShell 4.2.4
W10 start screen = full screen
Taskbar located to the left
CS start button: click = CS menu, SHIFT clik = W10 start screen

Problem:
SHIFT click on CS start button: W10 start screen is displayed
click on CS start button: CS menu is partially displayed (the part "under" the task bar is not displayed)

We have to click somewhere outside the taskbar, then click again on CS start button, to get the CS menu correctly displayed.

Thank you for your product ! With W10 it's still highly useful.
Just a remark: the french translation of the new items appear to be of poor quality...

The first one is not a bug but a feature
to remove it;
right click the start button, and select classic shell settings then type 'shift' into the search box and change one or both of those settings

The second sounds like a bug (as it should display above the taskbar), you could either skirt around it with the following:
type 'task' into the settings searchox, and check the result labeled 'Show next to taskbar (when the taskbar is vertical)'

Or If you are willing to provide some debugging info IVO might be able to squash it in a future release :)
