I want to get them back. I tried everything, but nothing. Even resetting and fresh start. |

have you tried going to the windows store and re-downloading them? |

ouch... you might have to install a fresh copy of windows https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/softwar ... /windows10 its pretty simple and straightforward, and your cd key should be re-applied automatically, but just in-case https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5pzihC8o_g should get you your product key (which you should write down) also be sure to backup everything on the drive that you value. |
