I'd like to change the windows 7 logon/welcome screen background (not the form where you type in your username/password) to simply have the blue classic background, same as the desktop in regular classic theme. I've seen there are some third party utilities do this that allow you to install the image you want, but is it possible to it simply with some registry/policy edits? |

Press the right button on your desktop and go the option of personalize/screen saver option. |
