Post subject:  Problem playing videos

I have Classic Shell installed on Windows 8.1. Since I have installed it, I have a problem playing videos from a subscription website. The videos play fine in a guest account on my computer that doesn't have Classic Shell.

Instead of playing, the videos show the following message:
Sorry
Because of its privacy settings, this video
cannot be played here

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is this a privacy setting associated with Classic Shell or with the website where the videos are?

Thanks.

Try uninstalling Classic Shell temporarily to see if that fixes it. If so, then install the components one by one to see which one is the problem. First install the start menu, then Classic Explorer, and finally the rest.
If you determine which component is causing the issue, then we can try few other things.
However it most likely uninstalling won't make a difference because I doubt it is related to Classic Shell at all.

This is not related to Classic Shell in any way. It only includes a Start Menu, File Explorer add-ins and IE add-ins to restore page title, progress bar etc. Video playback functionality inside any browser should not be affected by it.
