I have no idea what's going on here... it seems to happen sometimes when I move the cursor. Anyone have this problem? Or can anyone help me out? This is getting really frustrating. |

Maybe the touchpad charms are activating it. You can disable them: http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-disable- ... windows-8/ Anyway, Classic Shell has nothing to do with it. |
