i was at frys and they wanted to charge to install classic shell. you may want to investigate their illegal distribution of your software.

Charging for installing Classic Shell is against the rules. Doing it for free is fine: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#general_free
If you do it as part of another paid service, it is a gray area. I'm not sure how I feel about that.
