The link on "ALL DOWNLOADS" page to the Classic Shell 4.0.2 (English) is not working,
it was unable to download the latest stable version.

Thanks for reporting this. I can confirm that the link is busted. Most likely the server hosting the file is down. I have moved the file to a new place and the Download link should be fixed now. |
