| There is a Main_background= parameter - RRGGBB color to use for the background of the main menu. It defaults to the system menu color and the bitmap will be drawn on top. But the color is only used if Main_opacity is "solid". |

| You can do that in Windows 8/7/Vista already. Go to Personalization Control Panel -> Window Color and Appearance -> set the color there. On Windows 8, you can also set it to "Auto" so that it matches your wallpaper color. |

| Classic Shell doesn't incorporate modifying registry settings as they are undocumented and can change any time. Not everyone has Synaptics touchpads and the registry key will be manufacturer-specific. It won't work for Alps, Elan or Cirque touchpads. |
