It will be grayed out if you unchecked "Enable Windows Explorer" on the Context Menu tab of Classic Start Menu settings. And you are welcome because I saved your life. :P i may have done that while desparately trying to disable the explorer toolbar. eventually i was able to disable the ex...

when i right click a result in the start menu search, the item "open file location" in the context menu is grey.

i can't live with this. literally. i cannot.

if this isn't fixed soon i will kill myself.
